Jericho Sunfire Breatharianism
Jericho Sunfire is a certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist and Breatharian originally from London in the UK, who has dedicated himself to changing lives, where currently more than 60% of the population are said to currently be heavy or obese. He runs a non-profit foundation where he provides positive information about raw and meat free alternative diets, he also encourages being your own guru and learning to think outside the boundries of society.
While the Raw Food Movement is currently taking the world by storm, Jericho Sunfire takes this concept one step further by going Breatharian and suggests that to get the very best nature has to offer, we also need to push ourselves physically. Jericho is turning raw philosophies on their head as he shifts the focus from food to exercise. With so many raw gurus advocating superfoods, expensive kitchen equipment, and complicated raw gourmet recipes, Jericho is a breath of fresh air.
So how does Breatharianism and exercise fit in with the natural approach? Quite simple really ditch the idea that we need gym memberships, complex machinery and bulked-up toxic bodies filled with rorring waste and smacking of steroid abuse. Jericho suggests that we all just get out there and start doing whatever you can with whatever is available, bodyweight exercises feature highly in his recommendations, as do bush hikes, climbing, trail running, physical play with our families and plain old walking.
