Bute Island
The Bute Island team are once again very welcome in full effect as they travel all the way from the Isle Of Bute in Scotland to spend the weekend in Bristol with their wonderful array of Sheese - for those of you already familiar with Sheese (a dairy free cheese in hard and soft varieties), this is an opportunity to sample all the flavours and textures as well as buy at discounted rates, and for those visitors who have yet to discover the wonders of Sheese, well then if you are searching for a genuine alternative to dairy cheese then here you have it - 8 different flavours for the hard varieties including such delights as Cheddar, Mozzarella and Edam, whilst the Creamy style comes in 5 flavours including Chives and Garlic & Herb. The chance to sample is one of the unique factors about the event, and most visitors to the Sheese stall walk away with at least one of them, if not the whole collection!
