The Bristol Eco Veggie Fayre is organised by Tim Barford from Yaoh. Tim has organised 7 succesful events in Bristol and in 2009 presented the first Brighton Vegan Fayre at The Brighton Centre, with over 2,000 people visiting the show. His biggest achievment was in 2008, when over 12,000 people visited the Bristol Vegan Fayre.

Tim is the owner of the UK's original hemp company Yaoh, and also the publisher of Off the Hoof, as well as the organiser of the worlds biggest vegan events. Recently he has been awarded the Unsung Hero award for 2010 and the Arthur Ling memorial award for 2009, in recognition of his superb efforts to bring the veggie/vegan lifestyle to the people in style.

Tim is supported by an excellent team of individuals, supporters and sponsors in his quest to help the world turn veggie, and is very greatful for all their assitance
