Jenny carpJenny grew up eating a lot of raw food on a daily basis and she has been what people call 'high raw' for approximately 10 years. In 2003 she published her first raw food recipe book in Sweden and in 2008 she published a second book in English (Recipes Naturally) that she co-wrote with her mum, Birgitta.
Their recipes distinguish themselves from mainstream raw food in the sense that they use very few conventionally called 'superfoods' and do not use agave, cacao, extracted oils, salt or tamari. In addition they use wild plants.
Most recipes are simple and easy to make and during this demo Jenny will show how to make raw snacks.
You will also get the opportunity to buy their book after the demo to a discounted price.
