Book a stall

Stalls are now available to independent businesses, charities and organisations, as well as caterers. Please see stalls – stall prices for prices. Contact the office for details of disocunts available to campaigners and information stalls - 0117 9239053

 

Please note – all produce sold at the show must be vegan!!

 

To book a stall, please fill in and submit our online booking form here. Once received we will process your form and return a hard copy to you along with your invoice – please check your booking is correct, read the terms and conditions, sign the booking form and return along with full payment to Off The Hoof PO Box 333 Bristol BS99 1NF

All stalls are space only and contain a 1.8m x 0.75m table with each 2m frontage. The depth of each stall is 2m

 

Veggie Village

 

A Large marquee with up to 50 stalls - the main 'shopping' area of the show Situated in the Waterfront Square in front of the Main Entrance. Trading hours 11am – 7pm both days.

Campaigns Collective, The Carbon Market and The Fair Trade Zone

 

These are areas in the Millennium Square, outdoor pitches only. There are two rates for this area – information only, not for profit groups and charities are invited to apply for the lower rate. Trading hours 11am – 7pm both days.

Kids Area

 

This area is for the youngsters and includes a Marquee for entertainment, as well as some pitches for stalls with child friendly products and information. Trading hours 11am – 7pm both days.

Caterers

 

Caterer’s spaces are limited and are available on application only. Caterers in The Millennium Square can trade from 11am – 7pm both days, and in the Amphitheatre and Waterfront Square from 11am – 11pm Saturday and 11am - 7pm Sunday. Caterer’s pitches have an extra area allocated behind the stall to accommodate a small van or extra storage/prep space.

Outdoor pitches

 

All prices quoted for outdoor pitches are for floorspace only – you must bring your own gazebo or marquee or other shelter.

Gazebos can be provided for you if required – they are sturdy, fire proofed and smart and will be erected for you before arrival, and dismantled after.

Power is available at extra cost. Please note you must include a description of the appliance and the Wattage (output) too. All appliances must be PAT tested.

Car Parking

There is limited car parking by the festival site suitable for vans and larger vehicles. This is limited to 40 vehicles max, and the permit runs from 10am Friday to 10am Monday including overnight parking and access to the show at all times.

We are encouraging all our stallholders to do a really impressive 'show special' which will then be listed on the website and also in the 'Show Specials' programme. This is to encourage more people to come and shop at the show! Please describe your show special here - max 20 words.

We have several other opportunities available for marketing your products and services, including a Tombola stand where more elaborate prizes can be displayed all day and a BOGOF stall. If you would like to donate to any of these, please contact the Yaoh office
